As a teaching assistant for the IBA course IT, I gave workshops to a group of 30 first year students about algorithmic thinking, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

The RSM Faculty Council is an internal body which focuses on the assessment of the faculty's performance in various areas.

* Coaching and supervising 16 teams of 4 students each in their development of a coherent report including the strategy proposal for an actual firm based on internal and external analyses, Coach of the finalist team * Grading/correcting of all assignments and student presentations * Holding regular workshops and presentations for the students, working with the RSM Department of Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship and fellow teaching assistants on improving the quality of the course * Recruited due to the excellent performance as a student for this course

As an ambassador for my study, International Business Administration, it is my objective to represent the Rotterdam School of Management at various events, fairs, student-for-a-day activities and campus tours. In close cooperation with the Erasmus Admission Office, it is my task to help prospective students with deciding on the most suitable study for them. Furthermore, on Open Days I participate in a student panel for an audience of over 600 people to give further insights in the university and study program.

In the Netherlands, every University is required to include a Programme Committee in their organisation. It is responsible for evaluating and supervising the quality of the education provided to the students. During the meetings, representatives of the teaching staff, the academic directors of the BSc programmes as well as selected representatives for the student body come together to e.g. assess admission criteria, the teaching skills of professors etc., to then formulate recommendations or approvals.
