Organising budget, specific administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the programme. Moreover, with one other team leader overseeing a group of 8 young people aged 16 to improve their individual team building and individual skills over a 6 week programme. This ends in facilitating and organising alongside the young people a community based project in order to improve their local area for a specific cause.

Main duty was working on the tills at busy periods, including bank holidays and evenings.

Specific duties include college and university tours, speaking on the phone to applicants, providing information on courses and the university itself. I am constantly communicating with people both adult and teenage and have to deal with specific enquiries working both independently and within a team.

As a Technical Officer for the Ministry of Justice Claims Management Regulations Unit in Staffordshire County Council, I am responsible for the maintenance and authorisation of claims managements companies. My main roles include thoroughly and efficiently ensuring compliance with government practices and regulations, and to determine the competence of individuals and businesses to run companies in adherence to government guidelines. I do this using various databases, computer systems and spreadsheets, as well as liaising with other departments and intelligence. I also record information efficiently on an online database and correspond with a wide range of consumers and companies verbally, written and electronically.
