I served as a vendor for an electronic health record solution at multiple national conferences with the goal of establishing new relationships with medical organizations and other potential clients throughout the healthcare industry. ✢ Strategically negotiated contracts and pricing schemes to consistently close new business deals. ✢ Provided hands-on support to clients regarding service enhancements or issue resolution matters.

I served as the Interim Administrator for a cardiology practice with two providers. This entailed managing and overseeing all finance, legal, billing, HR, clinical research, physician relations, hospital affiliations, and satellite clinic start-ups. ✢ Reduced overhead, improved revenue cycle, and increased HR efficiency by developing process improvements. ✢ Supervised and allocated workflow for 20 full-time employees to streamline daily clinic operations.
