· Responsible for the management over 3000 clients · To take responsibility for the management of a clients debts · Re-issuing cheque payments · Revisiting income and expenditures to Increase and reduce payments · Communicating with all different types of creditors for balance requests, setting offers up in place, chasing payments · Dealing with court forms, bailiffs · Advising clients of best options available to them, i.e. Debt management plan, IVA or bankruptcy. · Inputting data on the company system, spreadsheet and word · Reviewing cases on a daily basis · Ensuring that Quality Standards for accuracy and timeliness are met in all cases · Dealing with ad hoc correspondence and telephone enquiries · To provide specialist advice to clients on all aspects of personal debt management · To conduct regular case reviews using information provided by client to confirm the solution provided is still the best advice for the client · To focus on meeting objectives · Taking an active role in any "in house" training programmes
