Together with a friend and colleague, we have a established a landscaping company which provides customers around Michigan with professional services. As a business owner, managing, marketing, providing excellent customer service, trouble-shooting, and innovation are just a few of my daily responsibilities. We intend to merge with another business entity in the near future to provide a greater area with our services. Although this is my first business, it has been a rewarding experience to build something from the ground and watch it evolve and grow everyday.

As an RCA, I was tasked with daily sorting, delivering, and customer service tasks. Routinely delivered to hundreds of addresses across Lapeer County on a daily basis in nearly every weather condition. Adhered to strict postal and governmental safety regulations and policies all while providing excellent customer service. During peak months I often worked in excess of 60 to 70 hours a week all while maintaining a high level of speed, accuracy, and safety.

* As relationship manager I was tasked with marketing a communication platform named Phamily and filling the sales pipeline. Prospects in the health industry that benefited the most from our services were contacted through email and phone campaigns. My responsibility was to determine individual customer needs, foster relationships with clients, answer any questions regarding services, and schedule software demos. Thorough knowledge of the product was critical for future negotiations and software integrity. * As the office manager at the Michigan Pediatric GI Center I was the only employee to run the entire office for a duration. I had to quickly adapt to new responsibilities and become a solid bridge between patients and the resident physician.
