Kyler Lovgren

As the CEO of Palouse Fiber Packaging, a company that produces eco-friendly molded pulp and paper products from agricultural waste, I lead the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the business. With over 15 years of experience in the heavy industrial industry, I have a strong background in plant maintenance, operations, and reliability, as well as a passion for innovation and sustainability. Previously, I held various roles at Columbia Pulp, LLC, where I managed the first tree-free pulp mill in North America, and helped secure a large contract with a major retailer. I also earned my Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which enables me to apply data-driven methods and tools to improve processes and quality. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. My mission is to advance the packaging industry with cutting-edge technology, operational excellence, and environmental stewardship.
