I've worked in two departments here. While I was in packaging I worked the sealer, dip tank, bagged meat that comes off the belt, and labeled bins. I also would sticker/label packaged meat, box and palletize according to product. I've done custom orders for smaller farms as well as done bigger company's such as Walden, Black River Meats, and Thousand Hills Cattle Company. I currently am in the Roll stock department where my jobs range from cutting and properly label sausage for customs and big companies, I still label and palletize meat products. I keep track of and fill out production logs, take down weights and log the metal detector hourly. For the past year and a half I've been lead of my department. Gaining more responsibilities and job expectations.

Maintaining the floor and cut wall, preparing ready to eat items and filling out product logs. Preparing and disassembling the salad bar as well as customer service. I answered phones and did custom fruit and vegetable platter to order and also dabbled in the floral department taking out of date items down and creating floral arrangements along with custom arrangements for the customers who wanted them.
