I’m a first-generation College graduate from Jamaica, former Division I track and field athlete, and storyteller at heart, driven by the belief that authentic connection creates transformational impact.In my current work in development, I help individuals and organizations turn vision into measurable, lasting change. By building genuine relationships and aligning shared purpose with opportunity, I’ve helped advance initiatives that expand access, strengthen communities, and generate meaningful philanthropic investment.That results-driven approach is rooted in my own journey. As a student-athlete, I became an NCAA All-American and record-breaker in the shot put, experiences that instilled discipline, resilience, and authenticity. Beyond athletics, I’ve represented Jamaica in youth leadership and ambassadorship roles, deepening my commitment to creating access and empowering others to achieve their potential.
