Kyle J. Tynan
Postdoctoral Researcher @ National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
About
My research centers on designing new analytical methods to assess critical quality attributes of pharmaceuticals, particularly for nucleic acids therapies. Currently, I am developing a multi-attribute method to detect and characterize impurities in in vitro transcribed (IVT) mRNA. This work aims to integrate sensitive impurity profiling into practical analytical workflows that can support both research and regulated environments. Broadly, I am interested in analytical technique development for emerging modalities.
