Worked directly with the director of research in the NACR Group (North American Commercial Restructuring) researching troubled companies.Created research decks for Managing Directors to aid them in creating pitches for new business development opportunities and helped clean up the Global Connect site which is A&M’s Intranet database.

* Completed rotations in Advisory, Risk, and Federal Tax * Consulted on multi-million dollar jobs, some of which communications were under attorney preservation as the work product was privileged and confidential * Was engaged by outside counsel to perform contract compliance assessments and continued by ongoing monitoring of the clients’ work product * Assisted team members in executing financial and accounting analysis and process improvement(s) associated with financial budgeting and forecasting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. These skills lead to identifying a $100 million variance between a clients’ sub ledger and general ledger accounts and as a team, we were able to reconcile the accounts which dated back years. * Help create proposals and other business development activities for senior associates and managers * Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to upper management is efficient
