• Worked as a member of the License Management team within the Life Sciences Solutions Group, ensuring adherence to license agreements with corporations, universities, and individual inventors. • Assessed new and current products for licensed technology, assigned royalty rates, and adjusted rates due to multiple licensed technologies being used in a single product. • Communicated with and provided guidance for Intellectual Property and Contract attorneys based on the technology of our products. • Assisted during external and internal audits, reviewed relevant intellectual property, and provided assistance to Intellectual Property attorneys. • Analyzed and properly recorded various scientific projects for customers to determine rights and royalty burden, co-managed Data Privacy for the Life Sciences Solution Group, and led and assisted in license agreement mergers during third-party acquisition. Additional skills and programs used included proficiency in FileMaker, Power BI, Oracle E1, applications, and the entire Microsoft 365 family, and patent claim review.

• Provided comprehensive support using years of experience in the laboratory to Thermo Fisher Scientific's internal and external customers in all aspects of qPCR and PCR, serving as a single point of contact for the ABi 7300/7500, Step One, and Step One Plus instruments, and High-Resolution Melt. • Assumed a supporting role in the Applied Markets team, specifically for Animal Health and Food Safety products. • Demonstrated expertise in handling customer inquiries and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.

I was a Post-doctoral researcher in the Tilly lab in the department of Biology at Northeastern University. My area of research was around genomic editing using CRISPR technologies to correct inherited diseases through the modification of Oogonial Stem Cells.

I completed my PhD research in the laboratory of Dr. Peter Hansen. My research focuses on the biology of the bovine preimplantation embryo and how we can manipulate that biology, particularly as it relates to the epigenome and transcriptome, to increase female fertility and modify the characteristics of the resultant neonate to increase the efficiency of animal production. I am a member of the American Dairy Science Association, Epigenetics Society, International Embryo Transfer Society, American Embryo Transfer Society and the Society for the Study of Reproduction.

I was a Master's student in the laboratory of Dr. Randall Prather. I preformed scientific research on the porcine (pig) embryo studying the polyadenylation of mRNA during embryogenesis. This work and subsequent collaborations have been published.
