Manage10-25 employees during production: including inspectors and machine operators. Manage all molding operations: set up installations on the injection presses and all automated secondary operations. Responsible for Daily calibration on all quality tests as well as two CMMs (coordinate measuring machines) In charge of all data for the accurate recording and reporting of data. Assisted in ISO and customer audits by following all CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) to keep accurate records and documentation. Experience in plastic injection: combining injection and automation, assembly lines and Thermo sealing systems.
