Responsible for overall asset management and financial operating analysis for the entire Foundry senior living platform, assisting with transactional analyses and fund management reporting for our joint venture partners and lenders. I produce and provide key performance indicator reports, including budget to actual reports, underwritten variance explanations, labor and expense analytics, census reports, and identifying root causes for variance to plan. Additionally, I support our internal and external investors. Several of my job functions include: designing and preparing key financial reports for management, investors and lenders, completing and presenting internal and external asset management reports, identifying emerging root causes of negative trends in performance, onboarding new management contract reporting capabilities, preparing and overseeing the annual property budgeting process for all assets, assisting the Deal Principal on operational underwriting assumptions for new acquisitions, preparing underwriting pro-formas, supporting the key leaders of each senior housing operating platform with data and information to run the business, evaluating potential value-add initiatives, and identifying new technology that can enhance reporting capabilities.
