* Supporting Sales team and CS team for clearance information in different countries such as China, Japan, Korea, and USA. * Enhancing operation procedures for better customs clearance quality * Gathering customs clearance rules and regulations for newly opened countries such as Vietnam, Thailand and Australia. * Maintaining rules and regulations database with accurate and updated information * Ad-hoc projects from supervisor and manager.

* Manifest data cleansing and classification * Inbound manifest data submission * Exception handling in manifest data transaction * Handling clearance delay cases including contacting customers for documents / tax payment * Communicating with local authorities or HK customs for any clearance exception cases * Ad-hoc projects from supervisors and manager.

* Daily flight load plan for ASIA-US / ASIA-EU / ASIA-ASIA flights. * Enhancing network abilities to decrease shipments delivery time. * Executing contingency plans in case of exceptions * Monitoring any outside elements (weather, crews, aircraft maintenance) that may lead to flights delay. * Ad-hoc projects from managers
