My objective is to become project manager and take charge of my business, Through many years of working in the field of engineering, I have accumulated my hand-on skills in term of design ,drafting ,estimating and scheduling involving residential and commercial sector. For any particular project in hands, I will weight on a lean design, cost effective budget and minimum timeline to complete this project. In some occasion, the delay is caused by the design change as well as waiting for the approval of working permit. One other delay is caused by the late quote submission from the specialty sub-contractor. Since I am able to identify all these variables affecting my project, I will be able to completed my project on time and on budget. Projects completion details will be provided to my prospective employer only.
