Responsibilities as a Senior Software QA Engineer include: - Leading and managing a team of 5 people, of which 3 are off-shore. - Designing and reviewing test cases and creating strategies for test plans. - Performing functional, regression, white box and black box testing. - Mentoring and training junior employees - Managing, planning for and reviewing with the Scrum team. - Working closely with the Product Manager to define requirements. - Working with Ux to align user story requirements and with custom support to troubleshoot and fix custom issues. - Creating automation frameworks, planning and implementing automation technologies such as iOS client UI and REST APIs. Running, delegating and managing automation scripts. - Communicating with engineering, product management and senior management to keep requirements aligned.
