Kushal is a seasoned Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) delivery leader with 12+ years of consulting experience focused on leveraging best-of-breed EPM technologies to deliver transformative global Sales & Distribution outcomes. He currently leads Alpha FMC’s SPM capabilities for EPM North America. Kushal specializes in understanding clients’ RevOps and Go-To-Market challenges, optimizing their business functions, and designing robust technical solutions tailored to the unique planning & analytics demands of the Financial Services, Insurance, and Asset Management industries. His experience has spanned a wide range of client verticals, use cases, and technologies, and has included roles as the lead functional & technical architect of multiple successful enterprise-scale transformations for Sales & Distribution organizations among the Fortune 100 + 500. Prior to his current role with Alpha FMC, Kushal played key practice leadership and delivery roles at Accenture and leading boutique consultancies. He is a certified Anaplan, Pigment & SAP Sales Cloud practitioner, and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics & Finance from the University of Oklahoma's Honors College.
