- Responsible for the production, structure & sustainability of a safe work environment for all company employees / clients. - Develop & manage key relationships with clients. - Responsible for building an operation in a new province for Tervita. - Demonstrate and execute strong leadership for up to 85 employees. - Show quality leadership through: Initiating an “Employee Development Program”, conduct & document performance reviews for key employees, able to mitigate conflicts immediately/deal with conflict resolution in a timely manner, provide open dialogue for communication to all employees, emotional intelligence & critical/creative thinking. - Provide mentorship for site supervisors regarding: client management, quality leadership, QA/QC, risk management, basic surveying, as well as, provide clarity/explanation on construction drawings, daily cost tracking, key productivity indicators, scheduling & forecasting.

- Strong working knowledge of provincial/federal OH&S policy. - Ensured compliance with all Health & Safety policies with Tervita, Ministry of Environment, OH&S and clients. - Creation of site specific Health & Safety program. - Supervised a project for Enbridge Pipeline (2013) –included installation of under ground fuel tank in a live plant. Project was successfully completed to spec, on time and with in budget. - Responsible for the management of project safety, daily permitting, QA/QC, surveying, pipe fitting, scheduling shut-downs, ground disturbance around high pressure fuel/oil lines, project costs/budget with daily LEMS, client management and critical lifts. - Managed & Responsible for Imperial Oil Program (2009-2013) in Saskatchewan, with no lost time recordable incidents. - Supervised a ten million dollar project for Suncor Refinery in Edmonton, Alberta (2008) where I held the responsibility for sub-contractors & managing crews with up to 40 employees, the installation of manholes, catch basins, and 24” – 60” steel pipe for refinery storm system. - Worked with Hydro-Vac to install shoring & trench boxes around live underground utilities, tunnel boring 100ft of 24” pipe underneath a pipe-line ally, construction of two large storm/lime ponds (working with sub-contractors to line all ponds), QA/QC and surveying. - Experience in demolition of tank farms & commercial buildings, soil remediations up to 80,000 Tonne, UST/AST decommissioning, water treatment, train derailments, emergency response, environmental & civil construction.

- Highly experienced in operating: excavators, dozers, loaders, rock trucks, skid steer and packers in Environmental/Civil Construction & Demolition.
