* Work with Recruitment Team and Customer Engagement Officers to ensure there is the right amount of supply for each role in each territory by fulfillment rate. * Collaborating with the Customer Success Team to clarify the client's requirements & needs. * Following through our standard worker Fulfillment SOPs and make suggestions on ways to improve our current processes. * Reduce the time between jobs for our workers, by developing a high level of quality in our worker pool and providing Recruitment Team up to date data on our availability for each pool. * Make sure data of worker's attendance is valid for payroll process. * Reduce delay in weekly workers payment by ensuring every single partner has an accurate bank account uploaded. * Reduce time to process disputed timesheet to less than 5 days (settlement), and investigated fraud problems related to worker's. * Have been handle staff around 1000+ in total for some big clients like Ismaya, Kitchen by Grabfood, Kopi Kenangan. Also for the big events, like Asian Games and Para Games.
