My professional background spans R&D, Field Application Engineering (FAE), and Project Management. I have extensive experience developing control software using VB.NET and C# for commercial testing instruments, including the Keysight B1500, Keithley 4200A-SCS, ERS Thermal Chuck, and various optical systems. I have also designed user interfaces for manual and semi-automatic prober stations, gaining substantial hands-on experience in on-site installation and customer support. Currently, I focus on project management for logistics and warehouse automation systems, including AMHS (Automated Material Handling Systems) and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) projects. My responsibilities include translating customer requirements into actionable development plans, project scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. I also lead high-performing PM and FAE teams, driving close collaboration with R&D teams as well as WES and WCS system development units, with a strategic focus on workflow optimization and resource efficiency. I thrive on challenges and take pride in my ability to analyze and solve complex problems calmly.
