I am presently working as a Credit Analyst. Here my job profile includes analyzing the company/firms Financial Statements & prepare credit assessment for approval of new loan, enhancement or renewal. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate Credit requirements of potential customers. Preparation of the Credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business, industry, management and financials. Conduct Credit appraisal of Business proposals and process appraisal for appropriate credit sanctions. Finalization of terms and conditions of the proposals in consultation with relationship Managers. Balance sheet / other financial statement analysis and identification of risk factors. Performing Credit Rating Exercise (Preparation of rating package based on financial modeling, management meeting and other required due diligence). Liaise and resolve all post sanction issue relating to documentation, compliance.
