I am a Human Resources Intern at Accurate Global Alliance (AGA), a leading recruitment and staffing agency. I joined AGA in September 2023, after completing three online certifications from HP LIFE on business communication, hiring staff, and effective presentation. At AGA, I have gained valuable experience in various aspects of human resources management, such as timekeeping, payroll, employee relations, performance appraisal, and training and development. I have also contributed to the successful hiring of several candidates for different positions and industries, using Microsoft PowerPoint to create and deliver engaging presentations. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in the HR field. I am currently pursuing my Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at Acharya Bangalore Business School (ABBS), with a focus on computer science. I graduated from Royal PG Centre in 2021, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. My education background has equipped me with a strong foundation in business, finance, and technology, which I believe are essential for any HR professional in the modern world. My goal is to become a HR manager or consultant, and to apply my knowledge and skills to help organizations achieve their objectives and enhance their human capital.
