- SPSS R&D: Architected early 'Agentic AI' products like Decision Management (DM6), to automate decisions by merging predictive models with business rules and mathematical optimizations. Predict the right offer to the right customer over the right channel across domains of AdTech, Retail etc. Built products like DMA (Direct Marketing Analytics), NBA (Next Best Action), and customer micro-targeting profiling to scale to entire population of USA. - Cognos Product R&D: Built Adaptive Analytics Framework (AAF) to provide out-of-the-box analytics by generating underlying code layers like data model, ETL, BI, etc. Led early-NLP research with System-T.

Co-Founder of Innovision: A post-product post-revenue startup, providing out-of-the-box ERP analytics.

Built - Predictive Data Mining tool for customer micro-targeting for one of the largest data warehouse at 36TB, 2600 tables, 112 sources, and 70M+ customers. - First Decisioning model for military at the scale of 1M men and 100M weapons, transforming a division from ~350 to 35. - Analytics product for Hewitt's strategic consulting, spanning 50+ modules and 6000+ of clients.
