In my role as Operations Co-Head at Kalakriti, DTU's Creative Arts Society, I was a key leader in the planning and execution of all major society events. I managed the operational aspects of flagship events like "Riwaayat" and "Abhivyakti," coordinating with a large team to handle venue setup, vendor relations, and on-ground logistics. I developed and implemented efficient operational workflows that streamlined event preparation and enhanced the overall participant and visitor experience. This position was instrumental in honing my skills in project management, budget control, and high-pressure event operations.

As the Co-Head of the PR Team for Engifest DTU, I was responsible for leading all public relations efforts for the college's annual festival. Strategic Planning: Developed and executed comprehensive PR strategies that increased event visibility by over 50%. Media Relations: Secured coverage in top-tier media outlets, managing relationships with journalists and editors. Team Leadership: Mentored and managed a team of 15 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Crisis Communication: Handled real-time communication challenges, ensuring the festival's reputation remained positive. Content Creation: Wrote and edited press releases, media kits, and social media content that captured the essence of the event.

I recently completed a two-month data analytics internship at the CGST Delhi South Commissionerate. Using Python and Excel, I cleaned, analyzed, and visualized financial datasets to build dashboards aiding decision-making. This experience significantly strengthened my analytical skills, data presentation, and collaborative teamwork.

FMI Automotive Components Private Limited (located in IMT Manesar, Gurugram) is a major Tier-1 automotive component manufacturing company. It operates as a joint venture involving Futaba Industrial Co. (Japan) and works as a direct Original Equipment (OE) supplier for major automakers, primarily Maruti Suzuki India Limited (which is why its factory is located right inside the MSIL Supplier Park). Since I did this training specifically in the Tool Room (Mechanical) department, mine environment involved the foundational engineering that keeps the mass-production lines running. The work there includes: Die and Mold Maintenance: Repairing, modifying, and maintaining heavy stamping dies and injection molds used to punch out car body sections. Jigs and Fixtures Design: Creating customized holding frameworks to ensure components are precisely aligned during robotic welding or assembly lines. Precision Machining: Operating specialized equipment (like CNC, VMC, EDM, or manual milling machines) to craft high-tolerance replacement tools and spare parts for the factory machinery. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing structural tool failures to minimize manufacturing downtime.
