Kunal Gadekar

I am currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management (Batch of 2025–2027) at IIM Shillong. Prior to this, I worked at Infosys as a Test Engineer, where I was involved in automation testing, test case management, and defect management for large-scale enterprise applications. After Infosys, I joined my family spice manufacturing business, where I managed end-to-end operations. This included overseeing procurement, production management, inventory, marketing, and sales. Across both corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, I have developed strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a drive to continuously improve processes. At IIM Shillong, I’m working on strengthening my managerial skills and preparing for future leadership roles.
