Designing SOP's, SLA, and MMR for better operational efficiency and tracking. Transition of new sites. Doing the Technical Audits of sites, suggesting modifications for Energy Conservation. Implementation of Training & recognition policies for team motivation and retention Formulated the processes and procedures for taking over of utility and MEP services from projects, taking over and handing over of retail stores and anchor outlets from projects from projects and handing over for fit Outs.
