Developed major reexport markets in UAE, Nigeria, Singapore for National/Panasonic products. Developed a top-performing sales team, focused on achieving and surpassing company goals and customer expectations. Managed the air conditioner and appliances service center with 15 staff covering service operations for entire country.

Got promoted as Area Sales Manager for newly formed Refrigerator Division and set up the complete dealer network, C&F centers and service centers for Kerala and Karnataka in one year period. Based on this achievement, got promoted as Regional Sales Manager – Refrigerator Division for entire South India handling 200 dealers, 9 C&F operators and 15 service centers. From 1986 to 1990, increased the sales every year by 30 to 40% Hired, trained, supervised and motivated a team of Sales & Service staff to peak levels of performance. Had the distinction of best performing group with the youngest team in entire zone.

set up the new refrigerator division in south india covering tamil nadu, andhra pradesh, karnataka and kerala. established a dealer work of 200 plus setup c&f centers in 8 cities. also developed service centers.
