• Proposed a novel membrane configuration consisted a membrane heat exchanger with integrating cooling coils which simultaneously cools & dehumidifies the airstream with the help of a vapor-selective membrane. • 2D CFD model was developed using Ansys Fluent to study the dehumidification performance and concentration polarization effects of the membrane heat exchangers. • CFD model was further developed to obtain various contour plots for analyzing membrane configuration. • This work concluded the tradeoffs with different design parameters of membrane heat exchanger which can be used in further studies to build effective membrane-based HVAC systems depending on the necessities.

- Studied and analyzed the efficiency of microfluidics mixing in a Split & Recombine mixture using CFD via open-source CFD software known as OpenFOAM. - Performed a multiphase simulation to model the physics.
