Executing LOTO of equipment as per requirement. Experience in operating and maintenance of power and distribution transformers (12 MVA- 11/3.3KV, 1.6MVA-11/0.415KV, 2.2MVA-11/0.415KV), 11KV & 3.3KV H.T. Panels, MCC Panels, L.T. motors(Up to 200KW), Hands-on experience with VFDs (Telemechnique/ABB/Siemens), Soft Starter (Siemens/L&T) and Star-Delta Starter (ABB). Hands on experience of maintenance of 3AH3 & 3AH5 models Siemens VCB’s (33 &11 KV) and Siemens & L&T make Air Circuit Breakers (800A, 1250A, 3500A, 4000A). Prepare Daily maintenance equipment status Log. Frequently update all engineering change systems. Ensure that the PM checklist is filled, and all audit documents are up to date. Created safety awareness among the workers and contractors. Maintained the 5S principle in workstations. Ensure the availability and adequate performance of all electrical assets within the Plant processing and utility facilities. This includes but is not limited to high and low voltage motors and generators, electrical distribution network and equipment, transformers heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, radio communication, CCTV, fire and gas, switchgear, PA systems, light, and power. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians who conduct maintenance of electrical equipment and systems Support the coordination and planning of electrical asset maintenance activities in preparation for and during plant turnarounds, and planned and unplanned outages. Preparation of drawings or specifications to determine work methods and sequence of activities.
