Film and Media Studies Lecturer and Tutor since 2001. I've taught on a number of different Film, Media, Art and Music courses over the years: GCSE Music AVCE Media Level 3 GNVQ Media Level 2 OCR Media AS & A2 (Course Leader) WJEC Film Studies AS & A2 BTEC National Diploma/Certificates UAL Arts and Media Eduqas Media Studies 2 year Linear Eduqas Film Studies 2 year Linear (Course Leader) Key skills are in creating, organising, planning and structuring A level Film and Media Studies courses from scratch. I have also set up media editing suites with Adobe Master Suite for video editing, desk top publishing etc. Managed budgets for purchasing technical and classroom resources for media & film departments. Line managing members of staff and supported PGCE students. Created students tracking and assessment processes. Created all resources and materials to support the teaching and learning. Taken departmental leads in marking, moderating and standardising coursework and liaising with exam boards and external moderators.
