Digitalization of First-mile Pick-up operations for Sellers. *Seller/Courier’s capacity based dynamic pick-up slot for accurate customer delivery promise. *Geo-fencing & security code based pick-up to remove need of physical signed manifest sheet and delivery to reduce fake delivery updates. *Real-time dashboard for sellers (on their panel) to validate pick-up done by courier partners. *Improvement of Last-mile delivery experience for customer. *Manage seller support team of 100+ executives and managers to provide timely resolution to seller queries. *Developed Return reimbursement matrix and saleable yield% to reduce fake seller claims and reduce reimbursement loss.
