Kuba Graczyk is the Founder and CEO of Koobz, a Ventura, California-based manufacturer specializing in zero-inventory, 3D printed footwear with no minimum order quantities (MOQs). Footwear brands keep trying to stay culturally relevant, but the existing supply chain is broken. You cannot react to culture when you are locked into 18-month lead times and massive overseas factory orders. We built Factory805 in Southern California to fix this. It is a software-defined 3D-printing micro-factory. We take products from concept to market in 4 to 6 weeks. We are footwear engineers, not spin doctors. We use advanced foamed TPU to create real footwear. Our KoobzCush system alters infill percentages pair-by-pair in software, delivering custom cushioning that traditional injection molding mathematically cannot achieve.
