The “Aspan” project is the construction of a tourist complex with an area of 2.6 million m2. Tourist complex will have a 15,000 m2 water park, play areas, parks, terraces, office and commercial premises, hotels, social and housing infrastructure. The investors of the project are "Ellington Properties Development" LLC from UAE. Responsibilities included the development and implementation of a safety policy for the construction of a tourist complex with apartments, shopping center and park, risk analysis and development of injury prevention measures, taking into account the peculiarities of each zone of the complex. Skills: ­ Strong understanding of security principles and standards. ­ Prior experience working with equipment and security systems. ­ Ability to perform risk analysis and develop appropriate safety measures. ­ Ability to assess the safety of the working environment and suggest improvements. ­ Excellent communication skills, ability to provide training to employees. Achievements: Developed and successfully implemented a safety system that reduced workplace accidents by 30% over the past year.

Future Growth Project at Tengiz field of “Tengizchevroil” company. Construction of the Third Generation Plant with a capacity of 12 million tons/year, Third Generation Injection facilities with a capacity of 9.4 billion m3/year, construction of a new Oil Gathering System and Well Drilling, Wellhead Pressure Management Program. Responsibilities included training of employees to continue their labor duties at the Tengiz Field of the Future Growth Project on HSE requirements, safety culture, industrial relations, respect for cultural differences, hazard identification, risk assessment, and Emergency Response Procedures.

Tengiz field. Project: Orken. Construction of a rotational camp for FGP employees, which is designed to accommodate 5,000 people. Responsibilities included developing and implementing a safety system, performing equipment maintenance and upgrades, developing safety procedures and personnel training, risk analysis, developing prevention and elimination of emergency situations plans, and training the company's employees in accident prevention measures.
