Responsibiities included providing vision, strategy and execution to deliver on the overall business plan, increase operational efficiencies and restore financial controls while providing leadership to a team of 3 senior managers and indirect oversight to 160 employees. Developed key initiatives in market development, deal structuring and negotiations to extend the global reach of Softech service offerings. This resulted in a stronger presence in strategic markets, including the resurrection and expansion of projects for Japanese clients. Also, I was personally responsible for acquiring the first US-based client in company history.
