* Major Project: Process Analysis of Nutrafruit Body Wash Pigment Slurries * Researched methods to test and characterize size and hardness of Nutrafruit body wash color pigments and pigment slurries * Developed a new method proven to evaluate pump wear caused by color pigment slurries utilizing various industrial paint testing techniques * Analyzed post-color addition process methods to extend pump life for manufacturing process from pilot lab to production scale for global products

* Major Project: 2008 Greenhouse Gas Inventory of North American Manufacturing Facilities * Major Project: Waste Generation Analysis for Procurement Process * Performed on-site environmental safety audits throughout Toyota North American manufacturing plants and contracted environmental waste disposal facilities * Created environmental management information systems for North American plants utilization * Developed 2009 TEMA ISO 14001 computer based training for Production Engineering * Bench marked greenhouse gases and environmental data with companies within Automotive Alliance
