• Reviewing procurement requests submitted by the sales team • Managing the full procurement process: inquiries, offer evaluations, price negotiations, supplier selection, and ensuring correct component specifications • Confirming quantities, delivery times, minimum order quantities, and pricing with suppliers • Independently coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, Quality Lab, and Logistics departments • Handling order modifications and cancellations • Accurately maintaining and recording all relevant data in the ERP system MICLAS X and the CAS Smart Inquiry Tool

1 Inbound: inbound and track the incoming products on a daily basis 2 Fulfilment: plan fulfillment cycles and manage pickers during the fulfillment; additionally support in QA before shipments go out 3 Production: plan the production cycles for our refill products; set up printing station and help prepare the correct labels for the products 4 Routing: set up optimized routing for delivery slots through our current tools

Taking care of the storage of the products at the respective storage locations, ensuring the accuracy of the stock. -Quality control of goods, updating stock in the hub, and regularly checking them for completeness. -Receive products from our suppliers and manage stock in the warehouse.

- Set up local E-scooter distribution process accordingly with the available resources. - Implemented supply strategy coordinating the collection, maintenance, repair, and redeployment of the scooter fleet ensuring a consistently high level of coverage in the city.

During this training I learned about the maintenance of diesel locomotives, I worked in three sections of diesel locomotives: The wheel change section, Mechanical bench, and Air Brake section.
