Kseniya Kharchenko

Senior Project Manager & Certified Mediator | Cross-Cultural Consultant

About

I am a Senior Project Manager and certified mediator specializing in high-stakes environments where institutional complexity meets cultural friction. I design the systems that keep teams and institutions functioning under disruption. Most recently, I managed a €1M+ international fellowship portfolio in Vienna — supporting scholars, journalists, public intellectuals, and artists based in Ukraine and across Europe during wartime. I built governance and reporting structures, administered 300+ fellowships, and coordinated institutional partnerships across academic, diplomatic, and media sectors.I hold certification in mediation and conflict resolution (University of Vienna, ZivMediatG) and integrate these skills directly into how I design and run projects. I work in five languages — Ukrainian, English, German, Polish, and Russian — and use AI-assisted workflows to maintain clarity and efficiency in complex, fast-moving environments.Currently completing IPMA® certification (Austria). I'm open to senior project leadership roles and mediation or facilitation mandates — in Vienna or internationally — where cultural intelligence, structured thinking, and resilience under pressure create real value.
