* Duties and responsibilities: * Development and implementation of activities and procedures optimizing processes. * Verification and reconciliation of third parties transactions. * Calculation of process metrics (KPI). * Performing SOAR (Status of Account Reporting). * Focal Point role across the EuroShell Team for Group Records Management (GRM) policy * regular ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry for transactions, source documentation and records, verifying compliance with legal, tax and accounting requirements as well as internal information security standards. * Successes and achievements: * Effective implementation of of the GRM policy and TRIM Dropzone – a single electronic tool for the management, searching, archiving, retrieving and disposition of paper and electronic documents. * Significant reduction of non-reconciled and not allocated items on accounts as an outcome from more effective SOAR analysis. * Significant improvement of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
