I have been in the clinical field for over six years. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Krystal has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach to counseling is client-centered, solution-focused, and collaborative. I meet the client where they are in their lives, and provides guidance and feedback to help the client reach their personal goals. Working with clients who have struggles such as, but not limited to, depression, trauma, PTSD, adjustment issues, anxiety, bipolar disorder, oppositional defiance, relationship issues, parenting skills and more, I approach each case individually with an open-mind and unbiased attitude.
