I am the Site-Coordinator. I supervise, manage and run the site at Alston Middle School for this program. I do everything from interacting with students, creating lesson plans, managing staff schedules, doing payroll, creating templates, supervising staff students, and communicating with parents to supervising students, communicating with teachers and school staff members, coordinating parent nights, providing speakers,purchasing supplies, and handling internal employee evaluations and discipline warning notices. I do it all on a part time schedule.
