Assure the timely procurement of chemicals and raw materials. • Handle the scheduling and procurement of parts, aligning with the MRP requirements on a monthly basis. • Comprehend the technical requisites of products to optimize both cost and processes effectively. • Select potential vendors for product development based on supplier performance indicators: Quality, Delivery, Cost competitiveness, Adaptability to changes, Financial stability, Growth, Capacity, Technical competence, and Transportation. • Initiate RFQ processes with Nominated Vendors, grounded on final design inputs, and skillfully negotiate final product prices. • Regularly assess the vendor base, utilizing internal vendor ratings and monitoring tool life. • Exhibit proficiency in SAP's Purchase-related modules. • Respond strategically to ensure balanced inventory for production and cash flow management. • Decrease lead times and provide flexible material delivery to accommodate demand fluctuations. • Guarantee punctual supplier performance and actively drive enhancements for underperforming suppliers, targeting a 98% delivery rate. • Resolve supplier documentation and production quality concerns. • Effectively address and mediate internal department conflicts and requests. • Provide support toward achieving operational KPIs of the team. • Mediate and find resolutions for supplier conflicts. • Ensure timely delivery, proactively reviewing overdue situations to establish alternate arrangements. • Participate in risk mitigation efforts. • Regularly evaluate supplier performance in terms of price, quality, service, and delivery, aiming to elevate supplier quality and delivery ratings. • Display adept interaction and understanding skills with both internal quality teams and suppliers, fostering improvements in quality-related matters. • Cultivate and uphold strong buyer-seller relationships. • Spearhead and oversee cost reduction projects.

Quality Systems Establishment and Supervision: Create, execute, and manage quality systems and protocols aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and pertinent regulatory directives. Documentation Management: Maintain precise and thorough documentation, encompassing batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and validation documents. Batch Approval: Prior to the distribution of pharmaceutical products, assess and endorse batch records, testing data, and other pertinent documentation to verify that products meet quality benchmarks and are safe for release. Supervision of Quality Control: Collaborate closely with the Quality Control (QC) department to scrutinize testing methods, equipment certifications, and analytical procedures. Ensure the precise and dependable testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
