Trained for Logistics and Supply Chain at V. C. Shah & Co. and cleared written examination for F Card (waiting for oral round to be conducted). Currently practising at the company for different skills as an assistant.

Worked as a back-office assistant, handling the company's clients, accounts and trades.

Worked in Admin Department covering almost all the aspects (viz., reviewing deposits of various branches, maintaining & reconciliation of the records periodically and as required, reviewing membership of existing customers, etc.) This involved back office work with more experienced staff. Worked in General Banking Department in Deposits section. It included various banking features like Account Opening Process based on the documents required, Observing KYC norms, etc. This involves monitoring RBI guidelines and ensuring Service Satisfaction provided to the customers. Developed healthy Customer Relations and understood customer focus and strengthened bonds with Customers. Worked in Clearing Department including Inward Clearing of cheques (viz., posting and verification of cheques). This required utmost care in clearing the cheques.
