- Executing market research - getting a better understanding of courier gear market dynamics within Europe (pricing, viable products, markets with significant potentials) and designing the launch strategy of B2C activities accordingly - Understanding courier behavior based on Wear Your Brand’s existing customers (e.g. initiating courier interviews via POCs, email surveys, A/B tests in the existing webshops) - Leveraging the learnings from the researches to design PR and marketing strategy for the B2C line of Wear Your Brand - Setting up and managing operational PR and marketing related activities (e.g. coordinating the launch of our B2C webshop, Amazon, Ebay) - Working actively together with a professional marketing agency (focusing on Amazon, SEO, Google and social media marketing)

- Managing fulfillment-related activities and relationships with fulfillment partners - Handling inbounds, outbounds and warehouse-related activities - Stock management - Researching and vetting potential new partners - Preparing contracts and negotiating terms with potential fulfillment partners - Preparing scenarios for resolving complex issues, improving processes - Managing IT integrations - Troubleshooting ad-hoc discrepancies in the system
