Design and manage L&D processes on regional level (Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria), while keeping all responsibilities in HR Business Partner role focusing on Sales and Marketing divisions

Act as Business Partner with end to end responsibility for all business divisions, support the delivery of the following HR processes: Workforce planning Performance management, including Competency evaluation, personal development planning, MBO system and Probation evaluation and exit interviews Compensation related activities Organizational changes Succession planning, talent management, promotion process Merit review: analyze market data and provide comprehensive internal and external equity analysis to management Design and implement HR policies with respect to group and legislative requirements End to end management of recruitment process (direct & indirect): create job profiles, prepare job evaluations in and systems, screen CVs, interview candidates, define salary range and prepare hiring proposals Analyze the result of the employee satisfaction survey, contribute to developing and implementing the Employee Engagement Strategy on divisional and organizational level

HR Generalist responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for all staff in HR Manage the overall processes of the outsourced payroll and the execution of benefit system Maintain HR databases and HR files; provide HR analytics and reports Ensure that HR policies and processes are developed in line with local legislative requirements Organize employee events, manage internal communication Coordinate and organize onboarding process and off boarding process, conduct exit interviews L&D related responsibilities: Design, implement and coordinate the annual L&D strategy, training needs analysis and training plan Build and manage the creation of talent development programs Build and facilitate leadership and expatriate orientation programs
