Her work later expanded into personal development and leadership coaching, where she became a Master Life Coach and worked closely with entrepreneurs and professionals focused on achieving meaningful personal and professional transformation. Kristy later entered the energy sector as Vice President of Development for Pecos Country Operating, where she supported strategic initiatives and cultivated industry relationships across the oil and gas sector. Today, at Novarra BBX, she contributes to the firm’s mission of building secure, institutional-grade infrastructure for the future of digital finance.
