Throughout the summer, I supported 9 Account Executives during pipeline generation campaigns by identifying ideal customers through tools such as Lusha, DiscoverOrg, Outreach, Datafox and Salesforce.com resulting in over 2,000+ new contacts. I started my sales journey here at Aerie at the age of 17 and worked throughout my junior and senior year of high school participating in both back to school and holiday seasonal shopping. Through my experience at Aerie, I learned the importance of customers being the focal point of every decision. Although the holiday and back to school shopping frenzies could be challenging, I was able to evolve as a sales person by asking intuitive questions to uncover and resolve objections. During my career at Aerie, I have received numerous positive feedback cards from managers based on winning sale associate contests centered around lifting conversion and increasing UPT and ADS. In my 2nd year I was promoted to a level 3 sales associate based on product knowledge and customer assistance. I currently work part-time during holiday breaks from school.

In the Spring, I was accepted into one of Ohio University's College of Business's top programs known as Select Leaders. This organization works to identify and cultivate leaders at Ohio University by growing their executive presence skills and help them to gain insight into their own leadership styles. Select Leaders has been a goal that I have worked towards since I first stepped foot on Ohio's campus and I am very thankful for the opportunity to learn from this outstanding group of students.

During my first semester within Sigma Kappa, I was elected the Vice President of Communications where I served alongside 11 others on our executive council. Within my role, I focused on fostering strong chapter communication by pioneering the implementation of the GIN system’s applications including text message notifications, task boards and calendar reminders. Through this system, we were able to encourage high participation in philanthropy events and sisterhoods through a positive reinforcement “point” system which in turn lead us to winning awards including both “Sorority of the Year”, and “Outstanding Campus Involvement” (2017) in the 2017 school year. As an executive council member I collaborated and supported the other executive board members in weekly meetings in order to create chapter initiatives such as GPA requirements, new philanthropy ideas and improving chapter unity. My time as Vice President of Communication accelerated my growth as a leader and led me to becoming Chapter President the following term.

Krossover is a sports tech company which specializes in video breakdown services as well as custom highlights, film editing and recruiting software. During my internship I prospected potential clients through social selling techniques utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Through this platform I was able to search leads and reach out through different experimental sprint templates. I also researched and implemented social selling techniques such as LinkedIn Mail and discussion board integration including the creation of a coach-centered LinkedIn group that fosters relationships and added revenue streams. I was able to collaborate with the VP of Sales, and various Marketing Coordinators to creating custom highlight reels and marketing graphics through the Krossover software and screen-grabbing in order to boost connection rates. After brainstorming with the marketing department, we brought in Eleni, a former college volleyball player, to be featured in an article that could boost traffic to the company website.

As an intern, collaborated with LexisNexis’s business partner, ALM to update fulfillment files based on sales records which assisted Telecommunication Reps with upselling opportunities and increased customer satisfaction. Through these files, I was able to discover anomalies in data files resulting in our team uncovering unnecessary costs due to unknown gaps in sales, fulfillment and billing processes within the portfolio. I also was able to create an email alert for over 300 customer-cancelled subscriptions found during data audit to retain business amongst specific firms utilizing ALM’s journals. Through my time at LexisNexis, I was able to gain skills in data mining, business analytics as well as shadow multiple sales reps from Large Law and the Corporate Legal division. My manager and I were able to collaborate on ways to streamline data entry so that it could be input into an automated system in the future.
