I’m a former musician turned McKinsey consultant, founder, advisor, and system & brand architect. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped launch and scale 50+ brands and ventures across 20+ countries — and shaped world-changing movements — always with one driving force: unlocking human potential. I believe that connecting people to their true purpose is the most powerful catalyst for sustainable change — for the individual, the organization, and the world. My work has spanned industries from banking, telco, and insurance to travel, music, and hospitality. My current obsession is women’s health and neurodiversity — as a gateway to raising the bar for humanity as a whole. I bring my work to life through three arms: 1. Female Founder House — a global platform helping visionary leaders unlock peak potential and build what’s next — on their own terms 3. Future Curator — through speaking, facilitating, and advising those ready to step into their next evolution My brain isn’t wired for the systems we’ve inherited — I naturally sense what’s coming and see the patterns others overlook. I translate vision into strategy, storytelling, structure — helping create the brands, movements, and cultures that resonate and define the next era. At the core of everything I build is a belief in equality, beauty, wellbeing, and abundance — not as luxuries, but as the true foundation for enduring impact and human flourishing.
