Kristina Shea

I meet weekly with two international PhD students at USC to help them prepare for the International Teaching Assistant Exam that’s required for them to become TAs at USC. I manage all scheduling, planning, and curriculum for each student, prioritizing practicing the skills that need the most attention to achieve English fluency and pass the exam.

At TCG, we consult for Fortune 500 businesses at USC’s most selective pro-bono strategy consulting organization (<2% acceptance). I perform market research and collaborate with team members to construct and present 10 high-quality slide decks per semester.

I administer one of USC's largest book clubs, which reaches over 200 general members. I collaborate with my team to coordinate book selections, plan meetings, distribute a monthly newsletter, and curate social media content.

I spent my summer as a Marketing Intern at Powin, where I worked to support the marketing team with various tasks like event planning for trade shows, market research, social media campaigns, design projects, digital marketing, and more.

I collaborated with the PR team to produce social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement and raise the profile of PAD with members, alumni, the university community, legal professionals and other stakeholders. We also managed the social media calendar and created content for 4-7 weekly posts. Our Instagram account had over 1,000 followers and regularly reached 2,000-3,000 impressions with reach being increased by 95% during my tenure. Oversaw LinkedIn account which averaged 3,000 post impressions per month and increased page views by 56%.

In Phi Alpha Delta, I networked with legal professionals, law professors, and law students to gain a better understanding of attending law school, the legal profession, and other career opportunities via presentations and personal conversations. As a group, we performed community service in the local community.

I tutored elementary and high school students in math, reading, and French to help them gain academic habits and confidence in the required coursework. I created supplemental academic materials in order to give students additional practice opportunities and helped students create and stick to new study routines. I managed schedules for multiple clients and communicated directly with parents and students to reach academic goals.

Double majoring in French and Comparative Literature. Minor in Applied Analytics.

Spent Summer 2024 at Middlebury College to complete the intensive program in German language.

Took courses at ICP (taught in French) while studying abroad.
