• Close cooperation and support of the HR Business Partners in all operational and generalist HR tasks: - Execution of job and application management (incl. job drafting and placement, pre-screening of application documents) as well as related correspondence/communication with internal and external clients - Organisation of appointments and monitoring of deadlines, including follow-up with employees and managers - Coordination and preparation of individual personnel measures such as hearings, recruitment, transfers, resignations or contract amendments - Preparation and processing of all personnel-relevant topics within the support business of employees as well as advising employees and managers on issues and time recording • Handling the onboarding of new employees (owner over this process) as well as its continuous improvement • Collaboration in HR projects and in the further development of existing HR processes • Training officer for HR trainees • Complete processing, supervision and accounting of temporary employee assignments and cooperation with various personnel service providers
