In LEONI, I started off as an apprentice on site in Niš as part of 'My First Salary' program for 9 months before continuing the same role in Malošište, contributing to two distinct HR teams across different on-site locations. Some of the things I handled in this position are listed below. - Led assertive communication training sessions for engineers and HR professionals, fostering effective workplace communication - Independently managed diverse selection processes for production operators, trainers, and specialists, showcasing recruitment prowess - Effectively tackled various HR challenges, addressing issues related to headcount, fluctuation, absenteeism, promotions, and job advertisements - Navigated employee satisfaction surveys, utilizing data analysis skills to create effective presentations and reports - Acted as a mentor for two interns, providing guidance during their two-week internship, contributing to their professional development and personal growth

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in psychology allowed me to gain a variety of experience and skills important for a researcher, educator, practitioner, and a good collaborator due to most of our activities being team oriented.
